C.P.A. srl (Centro Produzione Abbigliamento) and W&F (Work and Fashion) are two companies belonging to the same Group. The former can be considered the parent company due to its founding date and because it guarantees 80% of the production orders to the latter. C.P.A. was founded in 1996 in the province of Venice. Today, it has thirty employees and has recently further expanded its facilities, thus increasing its production and storage capacities. W&F was established in Baia Mare, Romania, in 2001. Initially, it consisted of offices that managed and supervised production through subcontractors for the orders assigned by C.P.A. Over the years, W&F built its own facility and progressively internalized all processes, from cutting to final garment testing, excluding the washing and/or dyeing treatments of denim and ready-to-dye garments. Today, it employs ninety-six people.

C.P.A. collaborates with the largest and most specialized dyeing factories worldwide, offering extensive knowledge of every type of treatment, dyeing, and washing process. The continuous search for new materials and fabrics guarantees our clients constant and highly specialized consulting for the study and design of their collections, meeting the ever-growing need for innovation in a globalized and continuously expanding market.

C.P.A. srl specializes in designing and producing luxury fashion garments. Upon customer request, it develops prototypes and sample garments, and upon commission, produces the garments that will be distributed in the markets. C.P.A. srl guarantees an entirely Made in Italy production, managing the entire cycle internally or utilizing established external partners. Recently, it has expanded part of its structure to handle custom-made projects, producing garments on request and to the measurements of individual clients on behalf of collaborating brands. Utilizing the affiliated W&F facility in Romania, C.P.A. srl can also guarantee large-scale productions that require different policies. W&F is primarily a production facility and offers the capability to produce garments that require both manual and industrial processes. It mainly works on commission for C.P.A. srl but also accepts direct orders. From Romania, it can guarantee worldwide shipping.

In compliance with current eco-sustainability regulations, C.P.A. srl holds ISO 45001 and 15001 certifications. In 2024, the new solar panel system was put into operation, allowing us to achieve 100% energy autonomy. Additionally, the new water purification system of the internal laundry allows up to 95% of the water used for treatments to be recycled. The new machinery purchased for jeans treatments includes the use of ozone and a laser machine. These two modern techniques have two significant positive impacts. The first concerns water usage, which we need to preserve, and the second involves the use of chemicals. The quality of denim bleached with ozone is comparable to traditional methods, especially when combined with laser technology. Ozone can degrade indigo, bleaching the fabric to create a worn or vintage effect. Ozone is a natural gas, and together with the laser, makes the process more sustainable as it occurs through an electrical phenomenon, without the use of chemicals.
